Who we are and what we do, defines us not only as individuals but as a company. Today, ETC Montessori has grown to become a leader in the world of Montessori education. Our success however, is not based on a concept, or an idea. We succeed because of the people that make up ETC.
The same concepts, ideas, beliefs and strategies that are used in a Montessori classroom, are vital and defining elements of our company and corporate identity. We believe in incorporating as much diversity as possible. Our differences are what makes us content rich, unique and multi-dimensional. Therefore, hiring the right people is probably the single most important job that all of us here can do. We have always been a very different company, and our company structure is also very different.
ETC offers the following benefits to our full-time team members:
Matched 401(K) plan
Paid health insurance
Profit sharing plan
Modern, gorgeous working environments
Quality time policy
Paid parental leaves
Free financial advisors and planning services
We highly recommend that you read our employee handbook prior to applying for a position. Not everybody is suited for working in the environment that we have here, and very few make it through to become part of the ETC family.
Internship positions are designed to offer students a variety of experiences in the field of Montessori education as well as many of the processes that go into the day-to-day operations of a creative department. Some internship positions are paid while others are designed to undergraduate students with the experience they need to begin building their CV.
